Chris Bell is a distinguished AdTech product leader, who is currently the head of Product Management at Oracle Advertising and a Board Member of the TechLab. With significant tenures at Adobe and TubeMogul, he has consistently led product teams with a focus on innovation and market fit. An MIT Sloan and UC Berkeley alumnus, Chris has extensive experience across early-stage start-ups to large enterprises. He advocates for blending innovation with customer-focused strategies and champions cross-functional collaboration to drive business innovation. A passionate cyclist, Chris cherishes time with his wife and two teenage children.
As the Chief Connectivity & Ecosystem Officer at LiveRamp, Travis Clinger leads activation partnerships spanning martech, commerce, customer service, along with the company’s global digital advertising ecosystem strategy: driving strategic initiatives, advancing global partnerships, and overseeing the business development and go-to-market strategies for key addressability and activations products and initiatives.
Alasdair has worked in the online advertising and data space for the last 20 years and is something of a startup specialist, having been involved with over 10 different start-ups in that time. He’s currently VP of Sales with Roqad, Europe’s largest cross-device Identity mapping solution who specialise in both large scale probabilistic ID Graphs and deterministic data onboarding. Roqad’s solutions are used by large enterprise clients in the Adtech, Agency and Martech space to enable effective targeting, analytics and attribution in the new cookie-less era.
Ryan Engle is VP of Identity Products, Platform Partnerships, & Credit Informed Marketing at Neustar a TransUnion company, overseeing solutions that help marketers cleanse, deduplicate and enrich their data. Ryan is also responsible for TransUnion’s partnership program with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), cloud providers, clean rooms, and other channel partners, driving innovative, integrated solutions in the platforms where clients keep and use their data most. Ryan has nearly 20 years of experience working in the broader marketing analytics industry, focusing on consulting and implementing new, innovative data & technology solutions designed for the world’s biggest brands.
Isaac Foster is a Principal Engineer at Microsoft Ads. He has nearly 12 years of experience in the Ad Tech space with time at AppNexus, Xandr, and now Microsoft Ads. He is the Tech Lead for the Xandr Privacy Sandbox implementation and is working on design of the ADS API.
Roni Gordon is a Senior Principal Software Engineer at Index Exchange, with a strong track record of over a decade in innovating programmatic advertising technology solutions. Roni’s expertise and passion were instrumental in building the Privacy Sandbox demo and preparing Index for testing. Outside of work, Roni resides with his wife and two children in the vicinity of Toronto, where he embraces the belief that even in cold weather, short sleeves are never out of style.
Eli is Head of Identity at Lotame, responsible for evangelizing the company’s cookieless identity solutions through product strategy, innovation and partnerships. Eli leads the charge in expanding Panorama ID adoption to unlock new audiences and decrease advertiser CPMs while increasing revenue for publishers across the open web. Prior to Lotame, he led product and strategy for FTrack, Flashtalking by Mediaocean’s identity resolution technology. Eli holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Business / Marketing from the University of Maryland.
Chris has been a Director in the Digital Markets Unit at the UK Competition and Markets Authority since 2021, and leads the CMA’s oversight of the Google Privacy Sandbox commitments. He joined the CMA in 2014 as an Economics Director, leading the analysis on a range of mergers, antitrust cases and market investigations including the CMA’s market study into Online Platforms and Digital Advertising. Chris previously worked in HM Treasury, the Department for Business, and as an economic consultant at Oxera.
Steven Ware Jones is the leader of Meta’s open-source initiatives for Halo cross media measurement. As a tech lead within Meta’s Business Engineering Applied R&D team, he focuses on developing and promoting innovative technologies that address key advertiser needs and use cases.
Anthony Katsur is a media technology veteran with more than twenty-five years of executive leadership and technical experience at innovative technology companies in the digital media industry.
Most recently, Anthony was SVP, Strategy, Operations and Corporate Development at Nexstar Media Group, Inc., the largest local broadcaster in the United States. Anthony was responsible for overseeing strategy, technology platforms and corporate development across Nexstar’s portfolio of digital assets.
Prior to Nexstar, Anthony served as President of Sonobi, where he implemented their product and go to market strategy around people-based marketing. Anthony recruited, and led highly effective teams while driving strategic partnerships with leading media companies, agencies and brands.
Prior to Sonobi, Anthony held global leadership roles at Rubicon Project as EVP of Business Operations and General Manager of Buyer Cloud. He also held global executive roles at MediaMath and Maxifier, where he served as CEO. Earlier in his career, he joined DoubleClick via the acquisition of NetGravity where he lead multiple engineering divisions and also fulfilled several product leadership and general management roles.
Anthony is an active participant at industry conferences, speaking about the latest ends in advertising at the National Association of Broadcasters, AdAge’s Brand Summit, Advertising Week, Broadcasting & Cable, AdMonsters and GABBCON. He has been quoted on industry trends and provided thought leadership in The Wall Street Journal, AdAge, Adweek, AdExchanger, MediaPost, Econsultancy and Digiday, among others.
Cillian Kieran is the CEO and founder of privacy tech company Ethyca. A background in software engineering and two decades spent leading large-scale data programs for Heineken, Sony, Dell, and Pepsi convinced him there was a better way to build trust deeper into technology development processes. Now, Ethyca powers privacy for global brands like The New York Times and SurveyMonkey.
Rowena brings years of experience in product development of ad-supported casual games on mobile and web. Most recently, she led product at Jump Ramp Games where she was responsible for the strategic direction and vision of the consumer-facing mobile apps. This included the development and launch of several games, supporting internal tools, and ad monetization services. In addition to product leadership, Rowena also has a background in digital marketing. In her spare time, Rowena enjoys trying out new recipes and traveling.
Stephanie Layser is the WW Head Publisher Ad Tech Solutions at AWS. She serves as subject matter expert in publisher advertising technology and leads the ad platforms in the Advertising and Marketing Technology organization. Prior to this role, she was the VP of Data, Identity and Ad Tech Products and Platforms at News Corp, serving as a strategic lead to their portfolio of companies including Wall Street Journal, Realtor.com and News UK. In her 14 years in publisher ad tech, she has consulted for hundreds of publishers and ran programmatic at multiple media companies including DailyMail.com and New York Post.
Jessica Lee chairs Loeb & Loeb’s Privacy, Security & Data Innovations practice. Jessica helps companies in the U.S. and around the world launch, market and monetize their digital products and content. She provides strategic privacy counselling to clients who are leveraging data in connection with programmatic and addressable advertising, voice technology, location-based tracking, smart devices and wearables, as well as emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and facial recognition. Jessica has assisted dozens of organizations design their privacy programs and operationalize U.S. and international privacy and data security requirements, including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and, more recently, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and upcoming state privacy laws. Jessica is the Chair of the Cyber Security & Surveillance Committee of the International Bar Association and sits on the IAPP’s Publications Advisory Board. Jessica is a supporter of the arts and serves as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Weeksville Heritage Center and sits on the Board of Directors for the Laundromat Project and Musicians on Call.
(Mary) Xiaoyong Liu Wang
Engineering Lead & Manager, Google
Mary Xiaoyong Liu Wang is a Senior Staff Software Engineering lead and manager at Google where she leads efforts across Google’s ads and partner ecosystem to build engineering solutions that help maintain and enhance user privacy, respect privacy regulations, and support customers’ needs.
As CTO at Scanbuy, Marc is focused on making machine learning both understandable and trustworthy. He is driven by his past experiences in identity management and information privacy. His passionate belief is that AI and humanity will thrive when predictions made by machine learning algorithms can be mathematically explained.
He had a front-row seat at the creation of the wireless Web, working alongside very talented and inspirational people who nurtured an enthusiasm to invent. His teams were first-movers in such ground-breaking solutions as location-based services, identity federation, app stores and mobile advertising.
Along the journey he has acquired knowledge in data wrangling, machine learning, mobility, identity, privacy, network and cloud technologies and does everything he can to stay in the technology vanguard.
Shaila Mathias is an Ads & Marketing business development lead representing AWS’s suite of Data Collaboration Applications, including AWS Clean Rooms. Shaila joined AWS as a founding team member that launched the AWS Clean Rooms service in March of 2023 which enables AWS customers to easily and securely collaborate on their collective data without sharing or copying one another’s underlying data. Shaila has spent 17 years in digital data and identity for advertising activation and measurement across companies including LiveRamp, Oracle Data Cloud and AOL. Shaila now lives in Denver after a decade in Manhattan but will always be a New Yorker at heart.
Brian May is a Principal Engineer at Dstillery, focused on industry collaborations to improve the web through the development of privacy-respecting alternatives to legacy technologies, particularly those supporting AdTech. He is an active participant and contributor in a number of groups within IAB Tech Lab, Prebid, and the W3C. With nearly four decades of tech experience – in roles ranging from engineer to architect to CTO and founder – and close to two decades in AdTech, Brian brings a deep and broad understanding, and unique engineer’s perspective of the commercial web, to bear on his efforts. His experience, and a career-long preoccupation with making effective use of data, provide a robust foundation for making meaningful contributions to the evolution of the web. He is deeply appreciative of Dstillery for sharing his passion for improving the web and supporting his full-time efforts to do so.
Patrick is SVP Research at Raptive where he works on yield, audience and content segmentation, compliance, identity, and auction dynamics. At Prebid.org, Patrick chairs the JS committee managing product development for Prebid.js. Previously, Patrick has been Lead Data Scientist at eXelate and an analyst at comScore.
Bosko is a seasoned technology entrepreneur who has spent the last two decades developing advertising and marketing technology products and leading teams. He co-founded Optable in May 2020 in order to help innovative companies manage customer data.
Bosko started his career as a systems developer in the telecommunications industry, and spent several years as an active contributor of open-source operating system and networking software. Bosko was also co-founder and CTO of AdGear; an adtech company acquired by Samsung Electronics in 2016. He subsequently led global teams of product managers and engineers at Samsung Advertising through several years of triple digit revenue growth.
He lives in Montreal, Canada with his wife and three young girls and is a Computer Engineering alumnus of McGill University.
Jared joins the IAB Tech Lab team to support the product development of privacy and addressability standards. Prior to joining Tech Lab, Jared spent the past decade at Dstillery and Permutive building products for both the buy and sell sides of the advertising ecosystem. Jared is a native Philadelphian with a shameless passion for the Eagles and all things Philly sports, and attended the University of Maryland which turned him into an avid Terrapin fan. In his spare time, you can find Jared in the mountains skiing, hiking, or camping.
Jaime Nash is the Director of Product Marketing at The Trade Desk, focusing on identity and privacy solutions. Prior to joining The Trade Desk, Jaime led product marketing teams at Tapad and Undertone. She also brings publisher experience, previously leading the ad product department at About.com as well as sales roles with Shape Magazine.
She holds a degree in journalism from SUNY New Paltz and lives in Brooklyn.
Vinod leads the Supply Quality Standards program within Amazon Ads and is focused on solving systemic industry problems related to invalid traffic filtration, brand safety, and viewability. With close to a decade of experience in ad tech and Supply Quality in particular, Vinod collaborates with various industry bodies on building durable solutions. Prior to Amazon, Vinod worked in product and engineering roles in internet telephony and instant messaging domains, during which he contributed to open source and standards-development initiatives across Apache Software Foundation and the IETF.
Renee Parris, a seasoned advertising and ad tech professional, has made a significant impact across various companies throughout her career. Starting her journey at Grey Worldwide, she mastered crafting compelling narratives and then quickly transitioned to Tacoda within AOL, where she navigated and led the growth of desktop advertising.
Further immersing herself in digital out-of-home advertising at RMG Networks and mobile advertising at Verve, Renee stayed at the forefront of technological advancements. Currently at Ogury for over five years, Renee oversees client services for the Americas, driving revenue growth and ensuring retention.
Beyond work, Renee finds fulfilment in Brooklyn with her husband and two children, balancing career demands with family life, embodying resilience, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
Kanishk Prasad is a lead product management director at The Trade Desk. In this role, Kanishk focuses on Unified ID 2.0 and other identity solutions for the open internet. Prior to joining The Trade Desk, he previously worked at Microsoft and Facebook.
Kanishk holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Waterloo and lives in Seattle with his family.
Joshua Prismon leads the Architecture Team at Index Exchange and is focused on building solutions that drive the company closer to its mission of accelerating the ad technology evolution. Josh previously worked at FICO, where he architected the FICO Platform, the foundation for FICO’s industry-best fraud, customer management, marketing, and AI/ML decision systems. Joshua has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado and lives outside of Boulder with his wife and three kids.
Anupa leads the Nielsen ONE Ads product at The Nielsen Company. In this role she is responsible for the measurement of advertisements on digital and streaming platforms. She is also responsible for the cross platform deduplication of advertisements across Linear TV, Streaming and Digital, with a focus on enabling clients to understand the value of their ad strategy and their media plan across channels.
During her 14 years with Nielsen, Anupa has been a part of multiple product teams in the digital measurement domain. Her primary intention through this tenure has been to improve the user experience of Nielsen’s products, and to drive client value by building stable and robust product offerings.
Anupa is passionate about diversity and leadership development. She is a mentor to numerous individuals, furthering Nielsen’s goal of growing talent and developing a strong diverse leadership pipeline.
Anupa grew up in India and currently lives in Toronto, Canada. In her leisure time she loves the peace and calm of hiking in the mountains. Her most recent adventure was climbing Mt Kilimanjaro.
Dr. Neal Richter has worked in the software industry since 1996 and since 1999 focused on data science, ML and AI applications. Currently, he’s Director of Bidding, Exchange, Analytics and Modeling (BEAM) at Amazon Ads. Most recently he served as Chief Scientist at SpotX, a streaming CTV ad platform. Prior to that he was Chief Technical Officer at Rakuten Marketing, as well as CTO and Chief Scientist at the Rubicon Project.
Neal also serves as Chairperson of the IAB TechLab, the technical standards organization of ad tech. He has been a contributor to the development of the OpenRTB protocol, Ads.txt, Ads.cert, and Sellers.json and other associated standards.
Neal grew up in a log cabin in a rural area of Montana and holds a PhD in Computer Science from Montana State University as well as an MS degree from Utah State University. He has authored and published 16 academic papers and 10+ Patents.
When not sifting through data or designing high scale systems learning algorithms, Neal enjoys fly fishing, skiing and living in the Rockies in Salt Lake City Utah with his wife, four teenagers and furry dog.
Travis Scoles is Senior Vice President of Advanced Advertising at Paramount. In this role, Scoles oversees all aspects of Vantage, Paramount’s advanced advertising solution, as well as other internal data optimization and analysis products. He is also responsible for managing key efforts in currency and measurement innovation on behalf of the company. A trailblazer in advanced advertising, Scoles plays a key role in driving industry-wide understanding and adoption of a multi-currency marketplace in addition to shepherding thought and product leadership in service of the industry.
Scoles joined the company, formerly ViacomCBS, to lead product strategy and development as well as operations for Vantage. Prior to joining Paramount, he worked in the consulting space on quantitative research, media analytics, and media optimization.
Scoles has been recognized for his foresight and strategic thinking in Ad Age 40 under 40 as well as Broadcasting + Cable and Multichannel News’ 40 under 40 lists.
Scoles lives in Darien, CT with his wife and two children.
Shailley brings several years of product management experience in Digital advertising at Yahoo and Say Media building products for Mobile advertising, Ad Operations, Targeting solutions and integrating data platforms. Shailley has supported and worked with multiple IAB initiatives in the past namely MRAID and Mobile Rising Stars specifications. At Yahoo, he worked on creating innovative ad experiences for mobile and tablet platforms as well as native formats. Shailley has a diverse background as a product leader, consultant and entrepreneur building and sustaining high performing teams at both large organizations as well as venture funded startups like Paypal, Yahoo, Say Media, Serus, Accenture, PwC. By way of qualifications, Shailley has an MBA and Chemical engineering degree.
Kale Smith manages the privacy products at Roku, spanning across ad integrity, consent management, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Roku, Kale led the privacy and identity strategy at Nielsen, tackling cookieless attribution and GDPR requirements to support a diverse range of global clients from television broadcasters, tech giants, and digital-native publishers. His experience launching Nielsen’s first CTV measurement platform has given him valuable insight into the intricacies of the shifting digital ecosystem and the challenges it faces. He lives in New York and holds an Electrical and Computer Engineering degree from Cornell University, where he worked in a behavioral economics lab researching the valuation of privacy.
Drew Stein is the Founder and CEO of Audigent, the leading data activation, curation, and identity platform, and has been its Chief Product Officer since its inception in 2018. He has been hands-on in pioneering the development of Audigent’s industry-leading private marketplace products, which include SmartPMPs, ContextualPMPs, and CognitivePMPs. A programmatic innovator, Drew is the architect of the industry’s first cookieless header bidding solution and Hadron ID, Audigent’s privacy-centric, cookieless identity framework. More recently, he has become a driving force behind many of the industry’s most prominent curated marketplaces – helping agencies, brands, and publishers develop consumer-friendly, high-performance programmatic solutions.
Passionate about data and AdTech, Drew brings over 15 years of years executive leadership and product experience to Audigent, having previously founded Dashbid – a video advertising SSP that ranked as the #2 fastest growing tech company in NYC by Crain’s 2016, as well as advising prominent venture and private equity firms in the ad tech space.
Drew started his career on the creative side of advertising, where he continues to be Chairman of a thriving suite of advertising production companies that he founded in 2004. An avid art fan, he is the Chairman & President of The Harriet & Esteban Vicente Foundation – a charitable foundation focused in furthering the arts. He is a proud alum of Northwestern University and Horace Mann.
Amit is a Director of Product Management on the Privacy Sandbox. As part of the Privacy Sandbox, he is helping shape the future with new, more private advertising solutions that help protect the user’s identity while still giving apps and their partners technologies they can use to deliver relevant ads to users. He has spent over a decade in the digital advertising space working with adtech, advertisers, and publishers to help develop new and innovative solutions to achieve advertising objectives.
